Booking with us is easy! You can use our booking form or contact us on Facebook to choose your preferred date, location, and service. We will then confirm everything with you.

Same-day detailing may be available; however, in most cases, booking in advance is recommended to avoid disappointment. Please contact us to check availability, and we’ll do our best to help.

Service times vary depending on the services selected, any add-ons, and the vehicle's condition.

• Full interior & exterior details can take 4 to 5 hours or more

Yes, absolutely! We regularly service apartments and units. All we need is a safe space where the vehicle is parked and where all doors can be fully opened so we can work comfortably.

If the location isn’t suitable, we can also pick up your car and drop it back once the detail is complete.

In most cases, access to water and power is appreciated. However, if there’s no access, do not worry. You are always welcome to book with us. We’re fully equipped with our own generator and water tank.

Not necessarily. As long as we can safely access your vehicle, you can be away while we work. We can update you when the service is complete.

Light rain usually is not an issue for interior services. For exterior detailing, heavy rain can affect the results. If your car can be parked in the shade, detailing can usually still go ahead. If the weather is unsuitable, we will contact you to reschedule for the next available day.

We accept cash, PayID, bank transfer, EFTPOS, or card payments. Please note that card payments carry a 1.4% surcharge.

Yes, we do! Our gift vouchers are perfect for birthdays, holidays, or just to treat someone special. You can choose the value and the service, and we will make it easy to send or collect.
